When installing a staircase, please note: First, confirm that the staircase slope, step height, and space dimensions match, ensuring that the load-bearing capacity is met. Solid wood steps require pre-planning for expansion joints; welded joints in wrought iron railings must be rust-proofed; after installation, check the railing spacing (no more than 11 cm) to avoid safety hazards. Staircase cabinets must precisely fit the staircase structure and be securely fixed to prevent wobbling. Regarding costs, individual retail includes basic installation guidance; customized models or complex layouts require an additional professional installation fee; wholesalers can enjoy a one-stop on-site installation service, subject to the contract agreement.

For individual retail purchases of standard styles, most support a minimum order of 1 piece. However, wholesale purchases have different requirements, with a minimum order quantity of 2 pieces or more.

Choosing a staircase cabinet requires considering the staircase structure and space requirements. In terms of length, it must perfectly match the length of the space under the stairs, making precise use of every inch. The height depends on the slope of the stairs, ensuring at least 10 cm of clearance between the top of the cabinet and the bottom of the stairs to avoid a feeling of oppression. The depth is generally 40-60 cm, adjusted according to the size of everyday stored items (such as clothes and miscellaneous items) to ensure smooth opening and closing of cabinet doors and drawers, while also coordinating with the overall style of the stairs to achieve a balance between space utilization and aesthetics.

We use a double protection system: a thickened outer cardboard layer and a PE protective film inner layer. Cardboard corner protectors are applied to the cabinet edges, and glass or slab components are further reinforced with a wooden frame to minimize transportation damage. If damage is found upon receipt, we will replace or repair the cabinet free of charge upon presentation of photos.

We offer a 3-year warranty. If any quality issues arise, such as cabinet deformation or hardware damage, we will repair or replace parts free of charge. For customized models, if installation discrepancies occur due to size issues, we can negotiate rework or adjustments. Our after-sales team will respond and handle the issue within 72 hours.

Standard models come with installation instructions and video guidance, allowing for self-installation. For on-site installation, the basic installation fee is included in the quote. Additional installation services for special wall surfaces (e.g., marble background walls) or complex structures will incur a small fee based on the specific circumstances. Please communicate in advance to clarify the cost details.
